Our Regenerative Organic Certified® coffee is sourced from ASAPROFUCAL, a cooperative of 94 smallholder farmers in Chaparral, Tolima. Grown between 1,600–2,100 meters, their Caturro, Pink Bourbon, and Red Bourbon varietals are hand-harvested and renowned for floral notes, medium acidity, and a bold, smooth body.

Every batch is manually harvested, fermented naturally for 24–30 hours, double-washed, and sun-dried for up to 20 days, preserving flavor and purity while respecting the environment.

Since 2018, the farmers have partnered with Multicoop to strengthen sustainability and community development—from improving water management and fermentation practices to co-financing a new wet mill facility and building the cooperative's first headquarters.

Their dedication to regenerative farming and fair partnerships ensures that every cup of EarthFirst coffee uplifts people, soil, and planet.
